We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. The room was spacious and tastefully decorated, with a beautiful view of the garden and lake. The en suite bathroom was spotless and the patio was the perfect place to unwind with a book. The breakfast selection was excellent and the hosts were incredibly helpful and friendly. We also appreciated the shared library and kitchen facilities. this place is one of the best bed and breakfast accommodations we have ever experienced.
We highly recommend this hotel to everyone. The location, service, and amenities exceeded our expectations.

We had a fantastic stay in this city. Hotel facilities were great, the room had everything we needed and the spa was lovely. The location is perfect for exploring the Nelson-Mapua region, as it is close to great places to eat and shop. Breakfast was delicious and the staff were very friendly and helpful.
Nothing is perfect.

The gardens were really beautiful and tastefully decorated for the Christmas season. the location was very convenient, just a short walk to the wharf with a good selection of restaurants and cafes. the breakfast was quite nice with a variety of choices and the scrambled eggs were tasty.
Despite the lovely gardens and good location, the room was too small and cramped and not as luxurious as advertised. the bathroom was tiny, with little space to move around and the shower was cramped.

The surroundings of the hotel were lovely, with the Mapua area offering great arts and crafts shops, and good restaurant options. Our room was very nicely furnished with a private outdoor seating area. the breakfast was lovely, where the host provided a wide range of options.
The quality of service could have been better.

Great local restaurants and cafes nearby, surrounded by beautiful scenery, and exceptional hosts who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. We especially enjoyed the wide range of breakfast options and the chance to sample local cuisine. The room was spacious and had lovely decor, with thoughtful touches like extras in the bathroom.
The lack of air conditioning made the room uncomfortably hot during the day. However, the hosts provided a fan, which helped alleviate the issue. It would have been better to have the option for a cooling system in place. Despite this minor setback, we would still recommend staying here for the excellent hospitality and picturesque location.
